A good twenty years ago, they were the highest ranking official and Federal Defence Minister on the one hand, and a troop officer and instructor in the army on the other: Rudolf Scharping and Hagen Ringshausen. On 15 February 2022, they met in the centre of Berlin to exchange personal experiences and opinions on German-Chinese economic relations.
Today, both have been working in international management consultancy for many years. As the informal meeting revealed, interesting interfaces and points of contact exist in terms of content, where they want to support each other as professional colleagues. Mr. Scharping founded and leads the management consultancy RSBK as CEO for over 15 years with headquarters in Frankfurt am Main.
