On 18 October 2021, we invited the esteemed colleagues and lawyers of the MÖNIG business law firm from Münster to Berlin. The topic: „Sustainable mergers. What role does corporate culture play and how can it be actively shaped in the M&A process?“ The law firm MÖNIG is an important cooperation partner of DRC. Present from MÖNIG were: The founder and managing director Mr. Michael Mönig and his colleague Mr. Simon Slobbe, who both are specialists in M&A transactions and reorganisations and have been successful in the German market for many years. DRC was represented by Ms Heike Roth, Ms Anja Warnecke-Bi and myself.
